Paul is the Senior Design Technologist for IoT. He joined Amazon in 2015 from Denver to build the first version of AWS IoT. After the initial launch he spent 11 months in the UX Organization studying design patterns before returning to IoT, where he built a custom methodology for a new scalable UI. He is deeply passionate about display technology, interfaces, user experiences, and how they all combine to form the best experiences. If he's not coding a front-end UI, you'll find him enjoying the great outdoors with his family of 5 and 2 pets, attempting to play the guitar, or binge watching TV shows.
