Every startup encounters a dilemma when deciding on a product roadmap: to develop a product and team driven by the needs of large customers or to develop a roadmap driven by internal product goals. This talk presents case studies of some of SendBird's larger customers, considering two product management scenarios: (1) how we manage a product roadmap, while meeting several customers' particular needs; (2) how we'll scale an engineering team, given recent series A funding and the sensitive balance between customers and our product.
